It was absolute treasure for this value! Hotel was above expectations. Customer service was outstanding, there is no other hotel administrator as in this hotel. A man with a chic beard, You are doing work great! Unfortunatelly didnt ask Your name, but there is no other hotel in Berlin I want to stay anymore, just please do not quit this job! So friendly, helpful, emotional, empathic administrator. Very friendly breakfast kitchen staff. Wish you all good luck and hold the Seifert flag high!

Everything were excellent,, historical building converted to a hotel,, management staff Mr. Daniel and Ms. Lavenia were very friendly and cooperative, breakfast was very good , location is good there are many variety of shops and restaurants around, public transportation are close also, due to renovation there are no sign outside should be considered to the new comers.

Close to the centre (we walked everywhere and it was a great experience), but also to the underground and railway station, and a 15 minute walk to the Zoo, Aquarium, the park and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial church, which was one of my favourite spots in Berlin. Shops and restaurants are also available nearby. The room was sparkling clean.

Its location was close to the center and markets. The breakfast menu was rich and varied to appeal to everyone. Room size was adequate and clean.

The room was clean, bright, modern, same as on the pictures. Towels, hair dryer. Got an iron by request. It's worthy of its price. Very good location.
