Breakfast had a wide array of choices, including hot eggs, poultry sausages, a wonderful selection of German breads, coldcuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, cereals, milk, juice, coffee and tea. The location just off the Kurfurstendam at the end of the U1 at Uhlandstrasse made connecting to the rest of the city easy. One can walk a few blocks more to Savigny place and get the S6 line for a fast connection to most of Berlin's train stations and Potsdam. It's a beautiful old building but does have an elevator that stops on the stair landings half way between floors. The staff were very accommodating and I would try to stay there again. It is a good value for the money.

It was absolute treasure for this value! Hotel was above expectations. Customer service was outstanding, there is no other hotel administrator as in this hotel. A man with a chic beard, You are doing work great! Unfortunatelly didnt ask Your name, but there is no other hotel in Berlin I want to stay anymore, just please do not quit this job! So friendly, helpful, emotional, empathic administrator. Very friendly breakfast kitchen staff. Wish you all good luck and hold the Seifert flag high!

They were exceptionally kind, and very knowledgeable about Berlin. They went out of their way to help us plan our visits and get around in the most convenient way. The hotel was located a short walk away from the U-bahn and bus stop, and a 10 minute walk from the S-bahn overground trains.

The hotel is clean and has a lift although you may still need to climb a bit of stairs because the lift is in the middle of the two floors. Breakfast is reasonably good. Both U Bahn and S Bahns are accessible with a block or two of walking. They allow early check in as well as long as the room is ready.

Everything were excellent,, historical building converted to a hotel,, management staff Mr. Daniel and Ms. Lavenia were very friendly and cooperative, breakfast was very good , location is good there are many variety of shops and restaurants around, public transportation are close also, due to renovation there are no sign outside should be considered to the new comers.
